BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- *2kg pork shoulder
- *2 tbsp smoked paprika
- *1 tbsp garlic powder
- *1 tbsp onion powder
- *1 tbsp brown sugar
- *1 cup apple cider vinegar
- *1.5 cups BBQ sauce
- *Salt and pepper
- *Brioche buns
- *Coleslaw for serving
Instructions
- 1Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Rub all over the pork shoulder.
- 2Place pork in a slow cooker with apple cider vinegar. Cook on low for 8 hours or until falling apart.
- 3Shred the pork with two forks, discarding any fat. Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce.
- 4Pile the pulled pork onto toasted brioche buns and top with coleslaw.
