BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • *2kg pork shoulder
  • *2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • *1 tbsp garlic powder
  • *1 tbsp onion powder
  • *1 tbsp brown sugar
  • *1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • *1.5 cups BBQ sauce
  • *Salt and pepper
  • *Brioche buns
  • *Coleslaw for serving

Instructions

  1. 1Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Rub all over the pork shoulder.
  2. 2Place pork in a slow cooker with apple cider vinegar. Cook on low for 8 hours or until falling apart.
  3. 3Shred the pork with two forks, discarding any fat. Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce.
  4. 4Pile the pulled pork onto toasted brioche buns and top with coleslaw.
