Churros con Chocolate

Ingredients
- *1 cup water
- *2 tbsp sugar plus extra for coating
- *1/2 tsp salt
- *2 tbsp vegetable oil
- *1 cup all-purpose flour
- *Oil for frying
- *1 tsp cinnamon
- *200g dark chocolate
- *1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- 1Bring water, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, and vegetable oil to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a smooth dough forms.
- 2Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- 3Heat frying oil to 375F. Pipe 6-inch lengths of dough into the oil, cutting with scissors. Fry until golden, about 4 minutes, turning once.
- 4Drain on paper towels and immediately roll in cinnamon sugar.
- 5For the chocolate sauce, heat cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
- 6Serve churros warm with the chocolate dipping sauce.
