Pork Gyoza

Ingredients
- *300g ground pork
- *2 cups napa cabbage, finely minced and squeezed dry
- *3 green onions, finely chopped
- *2 cloves garlic, minced
- *1 tbsp ginger, grated
- *1 tbsp soy sauce
- *1 tsp sesame oil
- *40 gyoza wrappers
- *Rice vinegar and chili oil for dipping
Instructions
- 1Mix pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
- 2Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold in half, and pleat to seal.
- 3Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place gyoza flat-side down and cook for 2 minutes until bottoms are golden.
- 4Add 1/4 cup water, cover immediately, and steam for 5 minutes until wrappers are translucent.
- 5Remove lid and cook for 1 more minute to re-crisp the bottoms. Serve with soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
