Miso-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- *4 salmon fillets (180g each)
- *3 tbsp white miso paste
- *2 tbsp mirin
- *1 tbsp sake
- *1 tbsp soy sauce
- *1 tbsp sugar
- *Sesame seeds
- *Steamed rice for serving
Instructions
- 1Mix miso paste, mirin, sake, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.
- 2Coat salmon fillets with the miso glaze and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
- 3Preheat broiler. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and fish flakes easily.
- 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice and pickled vegetables.
