Miso-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • *4 salmon fillets (180g each)
  • *3 tbsp white miso paste
  • *2 tbsp mirin
  • *1 tbsp sake
  • *1 tbsp soy sauce
  • *1 tbsp sugar
  • *Sesame seeds
  • *Steamed rice for serving

Instructions

  1. 1Mix miso paste, mirin, sake, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth.
  2. 2Coat salmon fillets with the miso glaze and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
  3. 3Preheat broiler. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and fish flakes easily.
  4. 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice and pickled vegetables.
